Senior move managers, professional organizers, estate-sale firms, realtors and elder-law attorneys help families through big moves. We want Downspring to make that work easier.

What it is designed to do

• Photo-based inventory: Downspring lists the items it can identify in each photo, and you add, fix or remove the rest.
• Suggested used-resale ranges with a confidence level, and a Review list for uncertain or possibly valuable items.
• Family decisions recorded with who and when, and room-by-room progress.
• A spreadsheet (CSV) export of the full list.

Today Downspring works one household at a time, with you and the family joining the same household.

What we are still working out

Tools built for professionals, such as handling several households at once, are not built yet. We would rather shape them with people who do this work every day than guess.
