  Family members join the same household with an invite code. Brothers, sisters and grandchildren can help from wherever they live.

  Each Keep, Sell, Donate, Give to Family or Trash decision shows who made it and when, so there is less "I thought you said".

  Each room shows how many items are decided. It helps to see the house getting done, one room at a time.

  Download the full inventory as a spreadsheet for an estate-sale company, a charity, an attorney or your own records.

Start small

You do not need to photograph the whole house in one go. Start with one shelf or one room, decide what you can, and come back when you are ready.
